Hard Liquor Band is available for booking at Private Parties, Corporate Events, Bars, Restaurants as well as Non-Traditional Weddings and Bar Mitzvahs (for those who would like to really rock out on their big day).

Previous to winning Best Local Band 2007 in Miami Herald’s Hotlist, Hard Liquor Band was voted Best South Florida Local Band- Runner Up, in the Herald’s Hot List 2006 by their great fans.

Hard Liquor Band was featured on Fox’s Deco Drive, and Telemundo television at John Martin’s St Patty’s Weekend Street Fair 2007 on Miracle Mile- Coral Gables, FL.

In the beginning...
Gil Lima, was one of the founding members of the band 4 years ago, and later on Lucci Tedesco joined on bass. Ironically they went to grade school together in Brazil and hadn’t seen each other for many years since moving to the US. The small world stories don’t stop there! Guitarist Jon Doranz was Lucci’s teacher in college and had a common thread of music. They stayed in touch, and would always run into each other at rock concerts and restaurants and one day Jon was asked to join the band after a great jam session. Vocalist Mike Goldin is the most recent member of the band, he met Gil at the gym and gave him a demo tape after which they knew he was the man for the job. Jon and Mike instantly bonded, both being Jersey boys. One thing they all agree on, is that beyond the music they are all close friends and that adds to the great chemistry on stage (as well as off stage) which makes Hard Liquor Band even stronger.

If you haven’t seen them live, what are you waiting for? Come out and join them for an unforgettable night of your favorite rock songs! Seen them already? Let’s make this party bigger, please tell your friends! See you soon.

Mike Goldin- Lead Vocals

Mike is the newest addition to the band (June 2007). Born in Belarus (former Soviet Union), he moved to the US in 1979 to Connecticut briefly then on to New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey, then moved to Chicago before hitting South Florida. He is also Chiropracter in his other life...and yes ladies he’s single! Mike's outgoing personality makes him a natural frontman. Mike sings a wide range of music styles and authentically replicates many vocalists, however you will definitely find Janes Addiction, Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Blues Traveler on his iPod! C’mon out and see him tear it up on stage!
